Service Center Partners
Livingston County Michigan Works!, a department of the County of Livingston, administers workforce programs for the county and serves as staff to the Livingston County Workforce Development Council.
The job seeker and employer services available at Livingston County Michigan Works! are provided by agencies and organizations selected by the Livingston County Workforce Development Council through a competitive bid process.
In addition, the Workforce Development Agency, State of Michigan provides services to Veterans, and Michigan Rehabilitation Services provides employment services to individuals with disabilities.

Ross IES, a division of Ross Learning, Inc., provides career counseling and case management services for job seekers, assessment services, and basic education services. Ross also delivers the county's Work First program for public assistance recipients and an employment readiness program for out-of-school youth. Ross IES also offers fee-based assessment and recruitment services for area employers.

The Community Mental Health Authority of Livingston County is responsible for the Michigan Talent Bank and other basic labor exchange services offered at the Service Center. They also deliver specialized services such as the Trade Act Programs and the Federal Bonding Program.
